Please be specific in your answers. While you know what intials may mean, the people coming to pick up names to pray for do not and although I've been around CP for 18 years, I don't always know either. Also please state the child's gender as I like to be more personal in the entries and names are not always clear either way. The entry for Favorite colors and characters are for e-cards. If you do not wish for them to be sent, you need not fill that information in but please include an e-mail anyway incase I have any questions concerning your entry.
